Installation and use
Installation: Based on the weather forecast from the National Meteorological Bureau, the mobile flood wall will be assembled before the flood season. The personnel configuration can be determined according to the workload, and generally, it can be completed by 2 to 4 people. After the installation of the middle column, the cement mortar part can be used normally after 72 hours of maintenance. The border and the wall should be firmly fixed, and the waterproof treatment between the door frame and the wall should be carried out as per the drawing. The flood control wall must be inspected before installation. If the surface is damaged or deformed due to careless transportation and storage, it should be repaired before installation. The baffle should be installed and removed smoothly, and the screws should be loosened smoothly. After installation, test and debug its running status to ensure a waterproof effect and flexible operation.
Use: 1 to 2 people can complete the installation or disassembly process within 5 to 10 minutes.
Maintenance and life
Maintenance: Maintenance-free.
Life: Apart from the water sealing strip which needs replacement approximately every 10 years, other main structures can last for more than 30 years.
