Flood Protection Barrier
The system is designed for flood prevention and emergency response during the flood season, particularly in the event of typhoon-induced flooding, thereby mitigating losses associated with rainstorm floods. It is applicable for reinforcing river embankments, securing underground parking entrances, subway station access points, fire exits, as well as critical infrastructures such as nuclear power plants, ports, waterworks facilities, residential areas, hospitals, individual villas, government buildings and other vulnerable entryways prone to flooding.

Operational Mechanism:
Upon assembly of the flood barrier system, vertical and lateral external forces are exerted on the module via the lower pressure and side pressure locking device. This action compresses the waterproof strip on the module against its counterpart on both the side column and ground plane to achieve effective sealing and waterproofing.
Material Composition:
The aluminum alloy water baffle along with side columns and central columns are constructed from architectural aluminum alloy 6063-T5 through mold extrusion processes; their surfaces undergo anodic electrophoresis treatment. The sealing strip consists of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), molded into an integrated form; additional components (such as wrenches, expansion screws, wall mounting parts etc.) utilize 304 stainless steel produced through integrated molding techniques.

Installation Guidelines:
Each flood control baffle provides an effective waterproof height of 200mm while width should correspond to actual door dimensions. Heights for side columns, central columns and triangular supports must align with overall heights of each flood control unit; when door widths exceed 4000mm specifications necessitate balancing using either a middle column group or triangular support group in accordance with detailed standards.
